Petrinian Girl Scouts Join the Visayas Regional Senior & Cadet Conference: Empowering Young Leaders for Sustainable Change
From February 14-16, 2025, the Petrinian Girl Scouts participated in the highly anticipated Visayas Regional Senior & Cadet Conference held at the Marina Yulo-Vargas Regional Program and Training Center in Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City. The event brought together young leaders from across the region to engage in activities focused on personal growth, leadership, and community service.
The conference’s theme, “EmpowerHER to Lead: VISionary LeadHERship for Sustainable Change,” emphasized the importance of empowering young women to become visionary leaders who can drive positive and sustainable change within their communities. Throughout the three-day event, the Petrinian Girl Scouts participated in various workshops, discussions, and collaborative activities designed to help them build leadership skills, work together as a team, and develop solutions to societal challenges.
