The ceremony signified their pledge to live by the Scout Oath and Law and to embody the values of service, discipline, and leadership. The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests: Mrs. Queen Marie T. Ferraren, Council Scout Executive, Mr. Bernabe V. Arcaya Jr., Local Council Executive Board Member, Mr. Cezar Felippe G. Lopez, Assistant Outfit Advisor from Silliman University Senior High School. The program opened with a heartfelt message from our school director and principal, Rev. Fr. Vicente L. Badges were pinned, and neckerchiefs awarded, marking the scouts’ formal initiation, witnessed by Mr. Cezar Felippe G. Lopez.
