C. INCOMING GRADE XI AND TRANSFEREES
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of baptismal certificate
- Medical and dental certificate (may be submitted later on)
- Four pieces of 2 × 2 picture with white background
B. INCOMING GRADE VII AND TRANSFEREES
- Original copy of Grade 6 report card
- Original copy of good moral certificate
- Photocopy of PSA birth certificate
- Photocopy of baptismal certificate
- Diploma (may be submitted later on)
- FOR GRADE 7 ESC APPLICANTS: affidavit of low-income form from the municipality.
FOR TRANSFEREES WHO ARE ESC RECIPIENTS: ESC certification. - Four pieces 2 × 2 picture with white background
C. INCOMING GRADE XI AND TRANSFEREES
- Original copy of Grade 10 report card
- Original copy of good moral certificate

- Assessment by the Student Development and Placement Office (for new students and transferees)
- Payment
- Scheduling of entrance examinations (for new students and transferees)
- Selection of sections
- Entrance examinations (for new students and transferees)
- ID lay outing / photo capturing
