PETRINIAN COCKERELS JOIN THE 39TH COUNCIL JUNIOR/SENIOR/CADET CAMP IN CAMP LILY I GAMO IN SIBULAN
From January 30 to February 2, 2025, the Petrinian Cockerels proudly participated in the 39th Council Junior/Senior/Cadet Camp, held at Camp Lily I in Gamo, Sibulan, Negros Oriental. The camp, themed “Woman of Today for the Girls of Tomorrow,” brought together young leaders from various schools across the Negros Oriental-Siquijor Council for a meaningful and empowering experience. This annual camp aimed to inspire and empower young girls from various schools to embrace leadership roles fostering personal growth and camaraderie. The Petrinian Cockerels, along with other participants, actively engaged in the camp’s various programs, from leadership workshops to team-building exercises.

Throughout the four-day event, participants engaged in a wide range of activities such as zipline, wall climbing, arts and crafts where they made a wired flower aligned to the Valentine’s Day celebration and amazing race facilitated by Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). As the event concluded, the Petrinian Cockerels left Camp Lily I with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of their roles as young women in today’s society. This year’s 39th Council Junior/Senior/Cadet Camp marked another milestone in the growth and development of young leaders in the region. The Petrinian Cockerels are proud to have been part of this inspiring event, which continues to nurture the next generation of empowered women.
