CSP-R GSP Petrinian Cockerels School Backyard Camp 2025: A Journey of Growth and Camaraderie

The CSP-R GSP Petrinian Cockerels School Backyard Camp 2025, held on January 18-19, brought together students, teachers, and organizers for two days filled with learning, fun, and bonding. With a focus on teamwork, creativity, and resilience, the camp provided a transformative experience. Dr. Fe Violeta Taring, Council National Vice President, and Ms. Rosario B. Rosales, Council Vice President for Field, played pivotal roles in educating campers about Girl Scout values and guiding them through activities designed to strengthen unity. The Petrinian Cockerels learned Basic First Aid under the guidance of Dr. Honey Rochelle Ann R. Toro and Mr. Salvio Villegas (PERUV President) and took part in challenging troop activities. The day concluded with a heartwarming campfire, where the theme “Love and Friendship” encouraged lasting connections.

On the final day, the campers began with a solemn Holy Mass, followed by meals that fostered a sense of fellowship. Team-building exercises and arts and crafts encouraged creativity and collaboration among the participants. The camp culminated in a meaningful closing program where certificates were awarded to honor each participant’s growth. As the event concluded, everyone left with stronger bonds, cherished memories, and a deeper understanding of the power of shared experiences.
