CSP-R Attends Teknolunas 2024 Conference
A select group of Senior High School students and faculty from Colegio de San Pedro-Recoletos
(CSP-R) had the opportunity to attend the Teknolunas 2024: Philippine Biomedical Engineering and Health Technologies Conference and Exhibits, held from September 4 to 6 at the University of San Jose-Recoletos Main Campus in Cebu City. The student participants included Ma. Johyza Fick, Bella Manaba, Jet Gerald Malijan, Venz Caesare Tatoy, and Wan Kristoef Abestado, accompanied by faculty members Mr. Kenneth Villo and Mr. Aiko Bryan Babatugon.
The event focused on the intersection of health research and biomedical technology, exploring how innovations can bridge gaps in equitable and accessible healthcare in the Philippines. The conference provided CSP-R participants with a deeper understanding of the role of biomedical devices in improving healthcare systems and inspired them to pursue future innovations in science and technology.
